Frijoles Refirtos (free-hole-ays-ray-free-tohs)

  • Refried Beans.

Guacamole (wah-kah-mol-ay)

  • Avocado Salad.

Quesadillas (kay-sa-dee-yaz)

  • Grilled flour tortilla with cheese and meat.

Sopapilla (so-pa-pee-yahz)

  • Fried flower tortilla served with sugar, honey and cinnamon.

Taco (tah-koh)

  • Corn tortillas folded and fried crisp, filled with beef, lettuce and cheese.

Tamale (tah-mah-lee)

  • Savory meat fillings steamed in corn meal casing.

Tostadas (tohs-tah-daz)

  • Flat corn tortillas topped with beef, lettuce, cheese and tomatoes.

Tostaguac (tohs-tah-gwok)

  • Flat corn tortillas with beef topped with lettuce, cheese and guacamole.

Enchilada (in-chi-la-da)

Soft corn tortilla filled with meat and topped with cheese and salsa. Not Spicy.
